Award Winning
Fresh Home Grown
Christmas Trees
in the Surrey Hills and Kent

The last 2 months have been busy in the fields weeding, bud nipping and leader reduction. Every tree gets personal attention at this time. All these processes have been dealt with in previous blogs from last year.
The Spring Into Cranleigh event was a huge success. Cranleigh achieved the required number of painted pebbles to set a new world record. So many people from the village as well as visitors came out in support despite the very windy, showery weather.

I hope you like our tree
. We should start a new trend for Easter trees. The hand made decorations look lovely and withstood the wind and rain very well.
June saw us exhibiting at the HTA National Plant Show at Stoneleigh Park near Coventry. This is the only trade show that we do each year. We love to see the other Christmas Tree growers as well as new and exsisting customers.
We are very pleased to announce the arrival of a baby reindeer. We have not named him yet and are open to suggestions! His mother is Hazel who has proved to be a super Mum. He was born on May 11th.
It seems very appropriate that this months fun fact is about reindeer:- Did you know baby reindeer are called calves, they begin to run just over an hour after being born.
In France Father Christmas is called Pere Noel
